Comment by Godwin Odiko Depression is one of the world's most deadliest diseases if not treated can lead to suicide. I have experienced depression and not just ordinary depression, but chronic depression. So, anything I say about depression you have got to take it seriously. Just like the picture indicates, depression mostly makes someone unable to get up from bed. In my own case; I lose sleep when I am depressed. I will find it difficult to sleep and lose interest on my day-to-day activities even football! When I am depressed, I find it hard to get out of the bed. It is not as though I am sleeping. I just don't want to do anything other than lay on the bed. I cried most times when I was in this bondage called depression. But I was determined I will seek help. One of the options I had as help was suicide. Like I wanted to end it all. But anytime I think about the hurt I will cause myself trying to commit suicide and how it will affect my family especially my mother I just que
