ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE MATCHES PREVIEW AND PREDICTIONS

ASTON VILLA V SWANSEA CITY

Aston villa are rocking the bottom end of the table with just four points from nine matches played, lost away last week at Stamford bridge and ended up with a performance even their coach Tim Sherwood admitting he is even bored of watching his team play. This week they will be up against a Swansea team also trying to recover their early season form that saw them handing Manutd their first league defeat of the season. This match will bring into show a lot of entertainment but I expect Swansea to win this one away from home.
MY PREDICTION: ASTON VILLA 1-2 SWANSEA CITY

LEICESTER CITY V CRYSTAL PALACE

I would be given the three points to the home team considering their form at home and the momentum they will bring into this match from last week draw at Southampton,  but expect crystal palace to fight hard also and try to upset the home team.
MY PREDICTION: LEICESTER CITY 2-1 CRYSTAL PALACE
NORWICH CITY V WEST BROM
Last week’s result will be one Norwich city fans would want to forget in a hurry, they are going to show that by trying to steal all the available three points at home against west brom.
MY PREDICTION: NORWICH CITY 1-0 WEST BROM
STOKE CITY V WATFORD
They surprised everyone last week by getting the maximum three points away at Swansea, and besides they have also made their home ground a fortress for so long, I don’t expect to see a surprise here from Watford.
MY PREDICTION: STOKE CITY 2-0 WATFORD
WEST HAM UTD V CHELSEA

West ham united is so far one of the best and most consistent team in the league, having taking wins away from home at difficult grounds. I expect them to at least secure a point at home against struggling Chelsea football club.

MY PREDICTION: WEST HAM 2-2 CHELSEA
ARSENAL V EVERTON

This fixture has always been a difficult one for the Merseyside team, and with arsenal glowing in form from wins away and win at home to Bayern Munich, I see them winning this tie comfortably.
MY PREDICTION: ARSENAL 3-0 EVERTON
SUNDERLAND V NEWCASTLE UTD
This is a tyneside derby day and you always expect a derby to be electrifying, with the form of both sides recently I don’t expect to see much of an entertainment but direct football and lots of bookings. Newcastle to me is still better off but with Sam Allarydyce at helm of affair in Sunderland you can expect a fierce contest.
MY PREDICTION: SUNDERLAND 1-1 NEWCASTLE UTD
BOURNEMOUTH V SPURS
Bournemouth have been inconsistent in the league so far, but you wouldn’t mind because they are still trying to get use to life in the premier league. While spurs on their own part have also not been so consistent, with their recent disappointment been a loss away from home to Anderlecht in the Europa league. I don’t see anything other than a draw in this contest; anything else would be termed shocking.
MY PREDICTION: BORNEMOUTH 0-0 SPURS

MAN UTD V MAN CITY

Now this is the big match, one you can say can be unpredictable. Going with both team’s recent run of form, you will expect this clash to be brewing all through with loads of entertaining attacking moves. Man utd will be looking to repeat last season’s feat that saw them defeat city rivals by four goals to two at old Trafford, while city on their part will want to show why they have always been the favorite to win the title. But with city missing key players in Sergio Aguero and David Silva, I expect man utd to want to take advantage of it, but then the form of new signing Kelvin De Bruyne must be taken into serious consideration. I will go for a slim win in favour of Man utd, tough I must admit this was not easy predicting.

MY PREDICTION: MAN UTD 2-1 MAN CITY

LIVERPOOL V SOUTHAMPTON

New boss Jurgen Klopp is still searching for his first victory since taking charge at Anfield. But will be up against a side that has also shown great character away from home recently, though they managed a two all draw at home last weekend to Leicester city. I see Jurgen Klopp having his first taste of victory as Liverpool’s boss.
MY PREDICTION: LIVERPOOL 1-0 SOUTHAMPTON
