Talking Points From Manchester United's win against Leicester City

Ruben Amorim's men were outstanding and got all three points at struggling Leicester City. The Red Devils have now scored a total of seven goals in their last two games. What were the talking points from the game? Read on to find out.

Hojlund finally repays faith in him by the manager

The embattled striker finally got on the scoresheet after 21 games without a goal. Many questioned the manager for starting him in the game despite his poor record in front of goal. But Hojlund silenced his many critics with a well finished goal to put Manchester United in front in the first half. Manchester United fans will be hoping he continues from where he stopped after the international break as the team will be facing tougher opponents after the break and will need all the clinicality in front of goal to win those games.

Bruno Fernandes deserves a Manchester United statue

The Manchester United's captain took off from where he stopped against Real Sociedad by registering a goal and two assists against Leicester City. Many keep asking where the club would have been this season without their Portuguese magnifico. He has really proven to be a legend of the club and he deserves a statue at Old Trafford when he calls time at the club.

Garnacho excelled to silence critics

The Argentine forward would have had two goals in the game if his first goal wasn't ruled out for offside. In truth, Garnacho hasn't really impressed in recent games but he keeps improving with every match and got the reward for his hard work against Leicester City. Garnacho's critics has been silenced but he will need to show consistency when club football resumes after the international break.

Amorim will be hoping Heaven's injury isn't too serious

The 18-year-old center back suffered an injury early on in the second half when trying to defend an aerial ball. The former Arsenal defender was really outstanding at the back for Manchester United before he got injured and was stretched out. Ruben Amorim will be hoping the injury isn't too serious as he has already suffered this season from injury to key defenders.
